Guy Collins, CFP, Regional Vice President, BFB Gallagher

Guy Collins is a Regional Vice President serving credit unions throughout the country. Guy develops custom programs for institutions that align the interests of both the organization and the executive. Guy has nearly 20 years of executive compensation and benefit consulting experience with businesses and institutions of varying sizes ranging from 50 employees to more than 25,000. His areas of expertise include qualified plans, nonqualified plans, life, and disability.

Guy received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lake Forest College in Illinois. He holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, and life and disability insurance licenses as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 26 licenses.

Guy is a frequent speaker at industry events. He recently presented “Executive Benefits: Getting Started” for the Greater Southern Council of the Credit Union Executives Society. He also shared his expertise in “Executive Benefits: Plan Overview and Strategies” and “Executive Benefits: The Dos and Don’ts of Vendor Selection” for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. Guy, his wife, and three children reside in the Dallas, Texas area.

Jack E. Clark, PhD, Clark Research Associates

Jack has worked with NAFCU and BFB Gallagher since 2007 to create the annual NAFCU-BFB Survey, now in its 10th year.  Since the beginning, the survey has grown and now invites all credits unions, both federal and state chartered, to participate. Jack also conducts the annual Summit Round Table (SRT) Executive Compensation Survey for the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues and BFB Gallagher. 

Jack has been a research professional for more than 30 years. Prior to starting Clark Research Associates in 2014, he was a principal with Clark & Chase Research Inc., a firm that provided survey and focus group research services to businesses, non-profits, government and educational institutions.
