Executive Benefits: Eliminating the Retirement Gap (Webinar)

Healthcare organizations are faced with retaining executives and other key talent while mitigating substantial risks like cost and reputation. Executives need a specialized benefit plan to bridge the financial gap between traditional savings plans and their actual retirement needs.

Is it possible to achieve both interests with one solution?

Yes, by leveraging the proper tax code and plan design. Tax-advantaged plans help mitigate reputation risk on the organization’s 990 and can generate income for the organization.

In this complimentary webinar, TJ Telford, Vice President for Executive Benefits at BFB Gallagher, will explore how executives can receive tax-free income with the option to design for installment periods, or annual distributions that can last throughout retirement.
