NAFCU Leadership Study

We invite you to participate in this inaugural Credit Union Leadership Study, commissioned by NAFCU, BFB Gallagher, and DDJ Myers. The purpose of this groundbreaking research is to identify trends, insights, and opportunities affecting leadership in today’s credit unions. This will be the first-ever credit union industry-wide leadership study focusing on Chair and CEO succession planning, women in leadership, and board compensation. Specifically, this study will track and analyze key drivers surrounding succession planning, board compensation, and women in leadership.

Participants include Board Chairs, CEOs, C-suite executives, and their direct reports.

The online survey is administered by the independent research firm, Clark Research Associates. The information you provide is completely anonymous. The results are reported in an aggregate format based on criteria such as asset size.

Credit unions who participate in the survey, or other components of the study, will be eligible for a no-cost copy of the final report. Initial results from the study will be published at the NAFCU Annual Conference, June 19-22, 2018 in Seattle, WA.
